Conditions:

  • Must be unused, with original packaging.

  • Verification video is required for claims.

Return Process:

  1. Email/WhatsApp us your Order ID + issue video + Unboxing video without cuts of the package you received.

  2. Our team verifies within 24–48 hours

  3. Replacement/refund is processed within 3–5 working days
