How long does it take for my Airzy order to arrive?
Orders are usually shipped on the same day and delivered within 2–6 business days across India, depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India. Minimal charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp/SMS, allowing you to track it in real time.
Do you have COD option?
At this moment we do not offer COD option. All our packages are sent via renowned courier services.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged or late?
Don’t worry — just contact us at airzyglobal@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and pictures (if damaged). We’ll resolve it with a replacement or quick solution right away.
